It will likely be patchable, because we will be releasing it version by version as work gets done. Stress will be a hybrid of tactical and action, the situations should range from not having a weapon out to running and gunning and hoping to hell you dont get hit by the enemy tank. We plan to deal with respawning in a way that fits with the game realistically, but that isn't public info yet.

On the front page, you mention that the year is 2047, but then go on to explain the events that happened beforehand. Could you please revise this? It's not quite very well ordered.

i dont have control over the front page, nick does. on top of that, all the dates have changed now, so we might get all that sorted before changing the front page. cheers for the heads up though

Could we have a story at the beginning just describing how it all started but instead of playing one character during campaigns you can play different characters in different battalions on the battlefield...? Just an idea. edit: removed your name for privacy

That's very likely what will be happening, but we dont quite know how we're going to go about telling the story. Also, I've been thinking about the possibility of having the ability to switch between soldiers in your squad, so it's more like you're playing as a squad than as a soldier. Josh likes the idea of not being able to choose your exact loadout when you go into battle, so a good player will have to be good with all weapons, weather they get a pointman or a marksman role, or assault or whatever. We're planning on actually getting some work done soon (WHUT), what with our engine excuse now being pretty much gone with the UDK.
